... It seems kinda sad to think about when your life's gonna end when you could be thinking about things you could do while you're still living... you know what I mean?

You have a point. But it's still something I can't help but wonder at times, you know?

I guess that's true... everybody's curious about that kinda thing at least a little bit, probably.

It's morbid, but it does seem like the sort of thing everyone considers at least once in their life. Which is a bit curious in itself, if you think about it.

Mortality isn't thought about when immortality is pursuable. [ Cut, clear and concise. ] People are so caught up with getting even a lick of a longer day at life, so they never come to terms to it.

Then again, why should they when immortality is obtainable by even the lowest person. [ o-oh lays the seeds for possible manipulation right here!!! ]

Yes. Most people decide to seek out immortality rather than deal or accept the mortality. I suppose I understand, the success rate is pretty high.

Huh... what an unusual world you must live in. How exactly do they go about doing that?

[ Just... stares at the feed for a bit... ]

What... made you want to ask such a loaded question?

[ Don't worry, she'll answer it! It's just weird to be asking something like this when it's almost Christmas. ]

Ah... for a variety of reasons, it just happened to be on my mind tonight. You don't have to answer if you don't want to.

[ Well, she might as well answer it now, so... ]

There's no sense in worrying about things we can't change. People spend too much time dwelling on these kinds of things that they forget how to live their lives to the fullest. If you spend all day thinking about how we can't live forever, then how are you supposed to make the most out of every day, every second?

...So to answer your question, I accept it. I don't want to waste the life I've been given by being scared all the time.

I see! I think I agree with your take on it.
