Has anyone had their husband come back from deployment and NOT "live happily ever after"?

It's not that I'm not happy he's home, but the ways he changed while deployed are really tripping me out.

Just wondering if this was happening to anyone else. . .

Oh yes. This is common.

The first week is awesome, then the clashing begins, lasts a few weeks or so (possibly not constant arguing, but little eruptions here and there that weren't present before he left, right?).

I've gone through it and all of my girlfriends have had the same things happen to them. It's an adjustment thing. It'll work out if you two give it some time and patience!
