That's how I really feel right now. URGH. So I decided to join the track team since I thought that it would be fun and better for me (I don't know how), so I joined. AND IT WAS SO HORRIBLE. When I'm at the gym I set my own pace, so I just run flat and at a speed I feel comfortable with, and maybe go for 2-minute-walk, 5-minute-run, 2-minute-walk, 5-minute-run. Then when I get the hang of that, maybe a week later I build up my speed, then when I get used to that I extend my running periods. Mind you, track is waayyyyyyyyy different to a treadmill XD

Hmm... well give it a few more attempts then see what you can do. If you quit because you don't like it then it's fine. But if you quit because you just want to give up then it's up to you.

But don't just do it for your friend. after awhile she'll make her own friends there so it won't be so bad! (^^)
