I would hardly call Bloomington a liberal, gay-friend Mecca! Out of all the States in America, Indiana has the HIGHEST number of KKK members. I fear southern Indiana. I live in South Bend (northern Indiana) and the only thing that makes it remotely friendly is it’s proximity to Chicago (two hour drive). Still, it is hardly a place I would openly hold hands or kiss my girlfriend and fiancé. (We save that for someplace like Vancouver, where’s from and why I am legally even allowed to call her my fiancé.)
