So I just came back from the most popular lesbian bar in Atlanta..It was such a cool experience. I decided to go when I learned my parents were goin away for the night at some party in a hotel..Which meant I could stay out as late as I wanted with no interrogations! ha! hey hun... as interesting as it always is to read your entries for me, I can't imagine how much they do for you. you seem to really get your thoughts and feelings out and they come out so fluidly and it all makes sense and is so smart. I really have always loved reading what you write. It's so honest and so you-all that it (and you) should ever be. I think it's such an accurate relfection of who you are. so honest and real...as cheesey as any of this may sound. So hopefully, all of the positive experiences lately (incl coming out to your parents- congrats btw) have helped you feel that confidence that you think other women just naturally have. You naturally have it too, you just gotta dig a little and realize what a survivor you are...of a hurtful family life that now, has only served to make you stronger and realize the situations and experiences you are capable of. Hmmm... i hope that some of this made sense. *hugs*
