I've been planning on the use of Ground South Productions (and using it, at a small scale) for quite some time, so it would be cool if you didn't come too close to it.

I don't know, I think the two names could coexist fairly easily. I wouldn't append it with any "Media" or "Productions" or ".com" modifers. The main thing going in its favor is the 'realness' of its name -- it doesn't sound like an online business.
