It seems there really is no way out of here. I think I'll be going outside for a while. The weather seems nice, and as much as I enjoy the library, I would like to get out.

...Anything a "normal" human can't do.

Although it's come to my attention that there are more than just humans here.

Manipulation of the elements is an example. Physical, mental, emotional, etc. enhancements of some unnatural kind. Summoning creatures, and so on and so forth.

I see. I have several abilities that my PC-body has learned from [the world] and none of them have been affected by this play. My PC-body has also maintained the stats I have gained from 'leveling up'.

Oi, there's nothing magical about my abilities. They're either perfectly natural to my species, or scientific, depending.

And yes, this place has interfered with my abilities. Of course, the disruption of my sense of time and space could have to do with them being different here...

Other than that, my other ability... well, it isn't something I should just do lightly, so I haven't checked. But I wouldn't be surprised if it were gone. No need to cheat death if you can't die.

And I've only just gotten here.

What about your abilities?

I see. Apologies for using the term "magical." I realize not every ability falls into that category, but wanted to avoid specifics.

The amount of different species we have here is ... surprising. I'm assuming each being is treated as a special case in regard to powers.

My abilities are still funtional, though I'm not sure to what degree.
