A new friend last night said that every tedious or, in your case, catch-up-with-my-body-mind thing we do is extremely necessary and just as important as the "big" things we do. Doing laundry, brushing our teeth, staying home for rest, even if we're not DOING THINGS, we are logistically and mentally paving the way for us to be who we are. Hope you feel better soon.
