I'm sorry I have not given many updates recently. Especially because I think, save for maybe two, all you readers of this blog are a long distances away and I have only spoken on the phone with a very few of you. Lately, when I have felt like updating, I have then thought better of sharing the whine-y things I was thinking of sharing ( Read more... )

I totally get the lack of simplicity part. I hope that a balance may come soon for you, for us both! (: and I hope you enjoy the holidays with your family~ I think that will really help you get back to your center.

I feel your pain. I had no idea teaching at a private school was so taxing on a person. The school pays me for working 7:30-3:30, but often I'm working 5am - 12am.
I also shouldn't complain, but when you figure I'm working close to 80 hours a week, I'm barely making minimum wage.
I've definitely learned to savor the free moments... the cups of coffee on the couch, time in the shower, and of course holidays :D
