i survived my intense two weeks of dancing. the ballet intensive started at the end of june so it had been going really well except when i big toe nails were bruised but i sucked it up. then i started the 9-4 dance intensive at oakland. that was definitely a blast and i think that i have improved a lot in my dancing compared to when i did this ( Read more... )

your summer sounds like it has been crazy busy, but fun. im sorry to hear about your knee. :( i hope it's better now. you sure as heck don't need another recurring injury. i SOOOOO wanted to come see coppelia. i was actually supposed to too but i worked that day and i was supposed to be done by 5, but then someone walked off the job that day (he went to lunch and never came back) and so I felt bad and decided to be nice and stay til close because otherwise it would have just been the manager and one other person closing, and you really can't do that. but it sounds like it went well! who else from OU was in it? i can't believe we'll be back at school in less than a month! are you doing mariah's modern or christine's again? and are you taking that stretch class? i wonder how many people are taking it?

hey you i miss you!!! i kept telling myself i need to send allyson a message.. and then i just got done with the intense dancing so i finally have time now and you beat me too it. lol thanks for trying to come to coppelia it did go really well, but understandable why you couldnt make it. and robyn was the only other ou person who did it, but i knew a few of the faces and there was one girl that i danced with back in the day so it worked out well. and chris that we did motown with was in it too ( ... )

i think i might know the katie girl you're talking about! well, i dont know KNOW her, but i think she's my friend's brother's sister. My friend is Anne Marie who's in the theatre department at OU and she said that her brother's girlfriend was transferring here and that she's gonna be in theatre and that she is really good at dance too. AND i think she said her name was katie. so MAYBE it is the same girl, lol ( ... )

hmm well i actually read all that lol. i'm glad you are on your way to living up your dream meg. be careful with your knee mam!!! and i for sure am coming to see some of your shows this year so definitely let me know when you have some!! love you!

aww thanks for reading all of it sometimes i wonder how much of this people read! lol its not as "cool" as it used to be, but i think it keeps me on track with everything i do if i update it occassionally and i like to read through it at the new year to see what i have done with my life in the past year haha

i will definitely tell you about the shows we usually only have two a year one at the end of fall semester and one at the end of winter semester.
