tell me more about your financial aid problems -- student congress is tackling the issue and are gathering information about the issues our students are having.

I still can't register for classes because of the stupid ass financial aid department.
I was supposed to receive a student loan, except the Financial Aid office neglected to send me a certain form that was mandatory in order for the loan to be final. I called/emailed whatever for weeks and was never responded to. Finally at the end of the semester I got a bill from Oakland for my classes, and a letter telling me that my loan was cancelled because they never got the oh-so-secret form that they refused to give me in the first place. Hopefully by next fall I can have it all paid off and try it all over again.
Every single person I spoke to was rude and gave me absolutely NO information. Apparently knowing something about financial aid and having people skills is not a requirement to work there.

Dude, Chegash, didn't I tell you I used to work in FA? I can help you with whatever you need, and I may even have some tricks of the trade that will get you more money. Don't worry, we've got it covered! Tom has an almost full ride to Rochester all due to the loveliness of FA.
However, one disclamier, FA at OU blows, customer service wise. There may be some things you just can't get passed due to their stupidity and lazy-slowness. I tried to get a job there to help with their syndrome, but alas, they saw that I was a hard worker and the plans I had to wreck havoc on their lame-ass-ness and shoved me right out the door.
