I'd say if it's a one-of, then definitely do it, and charge up the wazoo (more than you were making when you were there). If it's a recurring thing...I dunno. I mean, you left for a reason. Then again, if you could do it on the sly in addition to whatever kick-ass job you are going to land very soon, that's just more kapowza in the bank.
