I made out this long, exntesive plan. It covers from Monday to Friday, October 29th(picture day). If I follow the plan, I will lose around 20 pounds. Basically, it encludes working out a ton and eating very little. Keep in mind that I factored in the 2500 or so calories one burns just by being alive ( Read more... )

*cough* The 1300 or so one burns just by living... it's yer resting metabolic rate (rmr), ya can find a calculator on google.

Haha, sorry, I knew that. Actually FitDay says it's about 1400, but either way, that wasn't what it was supposed to say. Silly me with all my typos.
