Also I would love that list of books you've read because I'm tackling BBC's Big Reads Top 100 next year and whatever other good books- I haven't read that many books this year either, although loads of novel-length fanfiction. We are the same person.

OH MAN JET/ZUKO IS MY FAVE. ONCE THE CONCEPT IS INTRODUCED TO YOU, YOU CAN'T NOT SEE IT IN CANON, BECAUSE HE STALKS HIM. Aside from Ty Lee/Azula, it's the gayest thing to ever happen in the show.

In all seriousness, though, if you want to read GOOD QUALITY jet/zuko, read Crossing and Float by sodomquake", because it's miles better than anything I could ever write, and also NOT A BOARDING SCHOOL AU, which mine is. It's also semi-terrible? I waver back and forth on whether I actually like anything I write, but that one especially because it's a hulking, nonsensical monster.

BB, I AM DEEPLY SORRY FOR YOU. You are too cool for school, yo, but yay for ~vacations.

I have big reading plans for next year, too, mostly based on this(a timeline of periods in literature) and this(a four-year syllabus for st. john's college) but the BBC list looks awesome, omg. I love reading lists. I am terrible about actually following them, but I love them.

AND I HAVE TOTALLY WATCHED GILMORE GIRLS. or, well, 6 and 1/2 seasons of it. I can't ever get through the 6th season, but I've watched the first four or five multiple times, and can we talk about how Lorelai Gilmore is ACTUALLY THE PHYSICAL REPRESENTATION OF MY SOUL. She is such a fucking boss, omg.

Also, only somewhat related, but watching Gilmore Girls always makes me want to read books, because Rory is so educated and I mostly just Moby Dick because she was reading it in the Pilot. YES, I HAVE TERRIBLE PRIORITIES.
