Mizuki is a girl that crossdresses as a guy. THIS IS A VERY IMPORTANT PLOT THING. Unfortunately she kinda fails at it and has been found out by people's gay-dar. Megan is so-oh-very blind concerning this, you don't need to worry. Her last boyfriend in camp was transgendered and she went out with a girl who disguises as a guy. She never suspected anything in both cases. So, she'll maybe sense a hint of familiarity but if, I'll do that only for my own lulz and without any consequences for Mizuki.

Same for Wes and Jean-François. Wes doesn't possess a gay-dar and Jean comes from an age where skirt = woman and men wore make-up.

Robin might work it out, but he wouldn't say anything. Just be quietly amused. Minagawa would definitely know, and again he might let Mizuki know he knows, but he wouldn't tell anyone else.

Kon and Clark are kind of hopeless at this (glasses? Huh?). Clark's got the x-ray vision but he doesn't use it unless someone gives him a reason to. So, they wouldn't notice.

Kaoru would clue in the second she had one of her little slip ups, but given that he's from a series where they have a pet trap he wouldn't say anything about it unless it would somehow benefit him and/or Hikaru. Which isn't likely, so.

Al and Chad would notice if they interacted with her enough. But they aren't interested in other peoples' business like that, so they wouldn't say anything about it unless Mizuki brought it up first.

Nia could go either way! It depends on how they interact and stuff, but she could easily keep it a secret if asked.

The rest wouldn't notice or just don't care at all.
