So I got my acceptance letter today from Columbia

That is one MAJOR load off my shoulders
Now I just have to get my shit together and pass or attempt to pass all of my KCC classes

But I am excited to live in Chicago
I have wanted to for several years
It still hasn't quite hit me yet that I'll be living there

I think what I need first is one kick

I wish I could afford to live in Chicago. But for now I will just commute, its not all that bad but it would be so nice to be closer to work.

Do you plan on living in the housing supplied by the school or get your own apartment.

For the first year I'm probably going to live in the housing if i get accepted for it

But next year I'll probably want to get my own apartment once I get to know people and know good places to live and stuff

I couldn't afford to live in chicago now, thats why I'm going to pay off living there with college loans and stuff...and then be in debt until I'm like 30

Yep! But I might choose to live in the apartment with just one other person, and get my own bedroom
