ha wow. how IRONIC. i just watched that movie with a group of ppl from my church tonight and some people that watched it have views just like you were talking about. hopefully it gave them a relaity check.

I agreed with what you were saying until you got to the part about

I dont think that you are going to hell if you drink a beer but you can not get anyone saved with a beer in your hand. Everyone is going to have there weak points but that doesnt mean its ok to smoke or drink........once again you can not go up to a sinner and tell them about jesus smoking a ciggarite

"Now about the sitting around in our christiancircle" very true we can just sit around but some people are not strong enough christians to be around nonchritians......you should look at hanging around nonchritians
as a type of ministry.....that is the only reason to hang around them..to be a good witness....smoking and drinking is not being a good witness

i dont see why you cant witness and have a beer or cig in your hand, i dont believe smoking is a sin or drinking a beer, being drunk on the other hand is differant. as long as your of legal age.

People think just b/c it says in the bible that it'snot a sin to drink ,means you can drink. Drinking wine was part of life back then. Drinking is only for fun now. What is the point of drinking, to get drunk. No one really drunks for the taste....if you are drinking for the taste just drink some apple juice or something.....It is not probably to drink, and smoke and stay a health christian...been there done that!!!

Ive been in church for many years and it isnt proably!!!!!!!. You start out with one drink for fun but it never stops there. By you drinking that one beer you open a door for the Devil to walk into.

I know that I dont really know you but I have been reading your journal for a few years now....watching you grow in the lord and I really dont think before you went to collage you would have thought that drinking and smoking is being a good witness....I hope you will pray about this....b/c I know that god feels diffently about this!!
