In my very UN professional opinion, it sounds like you got a bad case of food poisoning. Would that be possible? I've never had it, but according to folks I know that have they say you just wanna die because the pain, nausea and vomitting is so severe.

Nevertheless, I'm glad you're feeling better. Relax this weekend and be watchful of what you eat!
