Hi! So, I've moved, and the partner and I are now living in Scotland and starting (finally!) at university.
( rambling about changing my degree )

harry potter, sometimes i pretend to speak german, personal, recs, university, apparently i'm learning norwegian now, otp, sometimes i read about history

Good luck at university and enjoy Scotland! (It's a lovely country, though even given the fact that I've lived in Liverpool, and therefore not that far away, for years, I've not been there that much. A shame).

I was kind of stunned when you said that you'll be 23 in 2016. For some reason I always thought that you're in your mid to late-20s. I don't know why. You just seem very mature, I guess (which, there's no way to say that without sounding ridiculously patronising. Sorry!)

Germany's lovely too, and I rather agree that it'll be a lot more fun to stay there for a year than Russia (and Berlin is wonderful :)).

I've read a fair bit of short, smutty, HP stuff but very little in the way of long, plotty, fic. I really must rectify that some time.

I've been fooling you all along ;) I've been in fandom since... er... well, it wouldn't look good to say, which may have aided in the confusion. I have been described in the past as "20 going on 35." But thank you - I think?

I like Berlin a lot, though I've only been there once, for a few days.

Yeah, I always mean to read more longer fic than I do. Recently I've been trying a bit harder though. I still have Skins fic that I intended to read at some point and never got round to - if it's more than a couple of thousand words I seem to put it off indefinitely, even if I think I'll enjoy whatever it is.

I intend to :)

I still have a couple of Sivi's Skins stories to read! One day, when I'm feeling nostalgic, I'll pull them up and give them a look. I actually reread 'Fate is Overgrown' earlier in the year. Still my favourite. Oh happy days :)

It was such a shame that Sivi left like she did. Oh well.

Oooh, and I'm still waiting for Jen to finish Bedlam! So close!

I've only been to Berlin the once but I really loved it :)
