Summary: What if Changmin gets invited to Family Outing? But all the five of them tag along? Is it going to be fun, or will they be just tired?

They returned to the grandparent’s house and they were now sitting on the table that was placed outside the house. Some sitting on the floor because there was no space for 13 people to sit on the table “We have to make wine now” Jaesuk said absentminded. “How do we make wine?” Yoochun asked while playing with the pot where they were supposed to put the wine. “Isn’t it that we just have to smash the grapes, put sugar than close the pot and let it be?” Chunhee said, looking at Yoochun.
“Let’s do it, come on oppa quickly” Hyori said getting up and pushing the bowl with the grapes to the side, she grabbed some plastic gloves and handed them to Junsu and Chunhee. They wore it and began smashing the grapes with the supervision if Hyori, Jaejoong and Yoochun went to get the sugar and the rest were just messing around, deciding what they were going to eat.
After smashing all the grapes and putting them inside the giant pot, Jaejoong and Yoochun put the sugar carefully not to spill on the table. They decided to shake it, for the sugar reach everywhere, but the pot was just too heavy. So Changmin and Yunho were going to shake it, “Okay, lift it on three… One, two, three!” Junsu said, making movements with his arms as if he was going to lift it with his mind.
Changmin and Yunho lifted it and started shaking it then put it down when Jaejoong came “Are you guys dumb? - Jaejoong out down the pot that was in his hands and laid the giant pot down - All you need to do is roll - He started kicking the wine pot making it roll and somehow, distribute the sugar - See?” After demonstrating it, he pulled the pot up.
“Hyung, you’re too lazy” Yoochun said, lifting the pot, just a little bit and moved it to a safer place “I’m not lazy, just practical” Jaejoong said and the four of the Dong Bang boys were looking at him with a huh-I-see expression, Jaejoong just shrugged his shoulders and sat beside Sooro, who was talking about what to do for dinner. And then in a moment everyone was talking about what they should do for dinner and who was going to do it.
In the end they were going to do kimchi jiggae, dokbboki and grilled fish, “Jaejoongie hyung, you stay to cook” Changmin said before anyone could even open their mouth to decide who was doing what, “I’m okay with it” Jaejoong said moving a little to the back as if saying ‘I’m already chosen’. “Why are you favoring Jaejoong? Cooking here is the easiest you know, you don’t have to move much” Daesung said.
“Jaejoongie hyung is the one that cooks in our home” Yoochun said crossing his legs and almost hitting Chunhee’s head that was sitting on the floor. “Okay, so, Jaejoong. Yoochun, Jongshin and Yeejin will stay to make dinner. Junsu, Sooro, Daesung and Chunhee, will go pick the vegetables and Yunho, Changmin, Hyori and I will go to the market.” Jaesuk said standing up and the others following his suit.
They walked out the house, leaving the ones in charge of cooking
“Jaejoong-ah, have you ever handled fish before?” Yeejin asked bringing a cutting board to the front “No, you’ve done it before noona?” Jaejoong asked, poking the fishes that were inside the bowl “She already caught a chicken with her hands” Jongshin said interfering “Really? Wooah, noona is scary” Yoochun said, playfully moving more to Jaejoong’s side as if Jaejoong was going to protect him.
“How do I handle the fish?” Jaejoong asked again and hushed Yoochun and Jongshin to go prepare the fire. Yoochun and Jongshin went to the fire and started preparing it, while Yeejin was explaining how to cut the fish “First, you have to make it faint, then you cut it from the gills, after it, you cut the body in middle and take the organs out, it’s not that difficult” saying it wasn’t difficult, but doing it sure was.
Jaejoong grabbed the fish without much difficulty, considering that he had grabbed one at Japan before, and then he put the struggling fish on the cutting board and started hitting its head with the back of the knife. After a few tries, finally one success, the fish was knocked out and lying on the cutting board, Yeejin again traced some invisible lines on the fish, showing Jaejoong where to cut.
Doing as Yeejin was saying, Jaejoong started cutting the fish slowly not really confident, after he cut the fish’s head he continued doing it on its body, carefully cutting the organs out, then passing the fish to Yeejin, who was cutting it in rectangles and putting them on the barbeque thing, making them grill. Yoochun was trying to find a pot that could make dokbokki and Jongshin was helping Yeejin cutting the fish.

Junsu, Sooro, Chunhee and Daesung were walking up a hill to where the field should be, there was an awkward silence filling the air and none of them liked this. Trying to lighten up the mood, Junsu cracked a couple of jokes that were being responded by Daesung’s other jokes, and somehow lightening the air around them.
“Junsu-ah, is your hyungs cool?” Daesung asked, remembering how his band mates’ hyungs treated him, even if it was jokingly. “They’re cool, everyone understands everyone, but they’re the worst when they try to wake you up” Daesung pointed at Junsu, as if saying ‘I know what you mean’ “What do they do? - Chunhee asked out of curiosity - Do they pour water on you or something?”
“No, that would make Jaejoong mad, because he would have to wash the blankets.” Junsu said, remembering the last time Yoochun poured water on Changmin “My hyungs get pans and start hitting it, it’s really annoying” Daesung said making a funny face, “But you know, we never catch Yunho hyung, he just wakes up whenever we try to go near his bed”
“Don’t worry tomorrow he’ll have a horrible time waking up, with that annoying horn and all” Sooro said. Walking up a little bit more they reached the field “What do we need?” Daesung said looking over the field, trying to remember what Yeejin said for them to bring “Just pepper and cabbage” Chunhee walked into the plating area trying to locate the peppers.
“Hey, the peppers are this way” Chunhee, Daesung and Junsu turned to see Sooro waving his arms at them, pointing at the red peppers that stood beside him. The three of them walked quickly to Sooro and started picking the peppers, wanting to finish this task as soon as possible. “Is this a larva?” Daesung said, pointing at a long fat black and green thing that was eating one of the pepper’s leaves.
Everyone was beside Daesung now, looking at the larva “Eew, that’s disgusting. Why are we even looking at that?” Chunhee said “I have no idea, but one day, this larva will become a beautiful butterfly” Junsu said quietly, everyone stopped what they were doing and stared at Junsu “Hyung, have you ever though about writing a book?” Daesung said and everyone started bursting out laughing.
They found the cabbages at an excluded place, there weren’t many, but since they were really big, they plucked out just one, and they headed to the grandparents house, laughing at random things.

Yunho, Changmin, Hyori and Jaesuk stepped out from the car that drove them to the nearest market, Hyori holding a paper where Yeejin wrote what they needed. “We have one hour, buying the ingredients are quick, so what do you want to do?” Jaesuk said, looking around for somewhere to play, but there weren’t any. “Oppa, there’s nothing in here, only the market” Hyori said looking around too. Changmin and Yunho not really understanding what was going on, they just followed Jaesuk and Hyori.
When they came across an ad at a store of Hyori holding a bottle of soju with the Glamour Hyori and not the Family Outing Hyori, when Jaesuk asked a very strange question “Who in DBSK would look the best if they dressed as woman?” Yunho and Changmin nearly chocked with their own saliva and looked at Jaesuk with wide eyed “Yeeah, who would be the best gigolo?” Hyori asked so Yunho and Changmin started out laughing “Fans asked the same question in our radio station when we were in Japan” Yunho said commenting why they started laughing with no apparent reason.
“So, who would be the best” Hyori asked again, being the curious person she was “Jaejoong hyung and Junsu hyung” Changmin replied to her, trying really hard not to laugh, Jaesuk made a confused face and said “I thought that you would say, Yoochun, since he’s the lightest?” they entered the store on their right to buy the dokbokki ingredients “Yes, but Jaejoongie hyung and Junsu hyung have S line”
“Really? How do guys have S line?” Jaesuk said, grabbing the dokbokki ingredients “You didn’t notice it hyung? Not even before? Jaejoongie have a waist like this - both Yunho and Changmin did the hand motion showing Jaejoong’s small waist - and Junsu-ah has the butt like this” Again Yunho and Changmin did an overly exaggerated hand motion, showing the size of Junsu’s butt.
“Maybe we can make the PD do something about cross dressing when we do the sleeping rankings - Hyori said, imagining Junsu and Jaejoong in girl’s clothes - And oppa, don’t worry, you’ll be on the 11th ranking” Yunho and Hyori laughed and Jaesuk let out a sigh and whined “How, can you be like this Hyori?” Hyori and Jaesuk started bickering but Yunho was looking around the store.
“Hyung, noona, did you see where Changmin went?” Yunho asked, gaining attention from the nation’s siblings “No, did he go missing?” Hyori said, her face an worried expression “Maybe we should call him” Jaesuk said, and Yunho immediately opened his phone and pressed the buttons, on the screen appeared the numbers that he had memorized long ago, when…
“Hyung? Who are you calling?” Changmin suddenly appeared from behind Yunho “Changmin! Where were you?” Yunho said, relief showing in his voice “I was getting pepper for Jaejoong hyung, I thought that he would want it.” Changmin said, showing a bottle of Sudden Death for them. They all went to the cashier to pay, Hyori not forgetting to buy something to bribe the boys. They got in the car again and drove to the house again.

“Ah, Junsu, you already came back?” Jaejoong said while walking to the ‘pick the veggie’ team, Junsu helped Jaejoong to wash the vegetables “Hyung, remember to make the dokbokki with normal level of spiciness, I sent a text to Changmin buy Sudden Death, so that we can add our own level of spiciness” Jaejoong just nodded a little and pushed a knife to Junsu and himself “Peel and cut the onions” Jaejoong said and started cutting the cabbage and Junsu was making a face, why me?
After a while, Junsu’s tears were falling like a waterfall and Yoochun was laughing at him like there was no tomorrow, Junsu kept rubbing his eyes, trying to free his eyes from the stinging sensation. “Junsu that enough, go wash your face” Jaejoong said ruffling Junsu’s hair.
And the ‘market’ team arrived, Jaesuk handed the dokbokki to Jaejoong, who was already making the kimchi jiggae. “Hyung, I bought Sudden Death” Changmin said giving the bottle to Jaejoong and walked to Yeejin who was turning the fishes on the griller, helping her. “Jaejoongie, remember to put the human level of spiciness” Yunho said while sitting beside Jaejoong and wrapping a arm around Jaejoong’s shoulder, Jaejoong just lifted the cooking spoon to Yunho mouth, wanting him to taste it “How is it?” Jaejoong asked, returning to stir the kimchi, “Good as always” Yunho replied, giving Jaejoong a smile.
Jaejoong went to the kitchen to wash the pots that they didn’t need to use anymore, so Sooro, Jaesuk and Jongshin went to the place where the kimchi’s and dokbokki’s pot were, of course they were suspicious of the meal that Jaejoong made, and just in case something went wrong, they would put the miraculous ramen seasoning. Jaesuk was the first one to taste the kimchi jiggae after putting the kimchi into his mouth, he chewed a few times and made a surprised face.
“What? Is it that bad?” Jongshin said looking at Jaesuk “Give that to me” Sooro said pulling the spoon from Jaesuk’s and then scooping a piece of the kimchi and he put it in his mouth. “This, is really good, maybe the best meal we had in Family Outing” Jaesuk finally said, grabbing another spoon and tasting the dokbokki “Even the dokbokki is good”. Jongshin not believing what Jaesuk said ate a little bit of the dokbokki, “I think that it’s the first time that we don’t need the ramen seasoning”.
“Maybe we should ask for him to become a permanent member of Family Outing” Sooro said “Oppa! Bring the food to the table, we’re starting to eat.” Yeejin yelled, so they quickly grabbed the pot and put on the table, while Hyori was scooping rice into their bowls and the others were setting up the table. “Jaejoong, I think that you did too much food for us” Hyori said eyeing the two pots full of food and the plate with the grilled fish.
“I did too much? Don’t worry, we have Changmin” Jaejoong said sitting in the middle of Yunho and Yoochun, then they all started to eat, praising Jaejoong for his cooking skills, when Jaejoong pulled out the Sudden Death bottle and putting ten drops of it on his dokbokki, Yunho and Yoochun doing the same, then passing it to Changmin and Junsu, who also did the same.
Jaesuk, curious also put ten drops on his dokbokki and when he ate it “Aargh, how do you eat this?” on his eyes, tears his mouth hanging open and his hand making a fan motion “Oppa? What did you do?” Hyori said looking at Jaesuk with a you-are-weird expression, nobody noticed that the Dong Bang boys were putting spicy sauce on their dokbokkis’, just Jaesuk because he was sitting beside them, after gulping a big cup of water he began explaining “They were putting sauce on their dokbokkis’ and eating it normally, so I thought that it would be ok” Daesung that was sitting beside Jaesuk ate a little piece of Jaesuk’s dokbokki and “Aaaarghh” he let out a strangled sound and laid on the floor holding his neck.
“Daesung-ah, eat the kimchi before you die” Jaejoong said stuffing kimchi into Daesung’s mouth, the kimchi that Daesung gladly accepted. Everyone curious tried they were all on the floor making strange sounds, Yoochun and Changmin went to the kitchen to get water and Yunho, Junsu and Jaejoong were feeding them the not so spicy kimchi. After they calmed down and their faces returned to the normal color Hyori asked “How do you keep down that stuff, it’s so spicy”
“That’s because of Jaejoong’s cooking, eat it or starve and since we like spicy food we don’t mind” Yoochun said and when everyone heard someone mutter “Thank god that he used the human level of spiciness to cook” everyone started laughing.
They were all eating and laughing happily, little they knew what was going to happen next.

I know that I took reaaally long time to update, and I wrote this chapter while watching a scary episode of Bones, I promise that the next chapter will be more fun. And one more thing what do you guys prefer,

Is it that bad?” Jongshin said looking at Jaesuk “Give that to me” Sooro said pulling the spoon from Jaesuk’s and then scooping a piece of the kimchi and he put it in his mouth. “This, is really good, maybe the best meal we had in Family Outing” Jaesuk finally said, grabbing another spoon and tasting the dokbokki “Even the dokbokki is good”. “Maybe we should ask for him to become a permanent member of Family Outing” Sooro said “Oppa! Bring the food to the table, we’re starting to eat.” Yeejin yelled, so they quickly grabbed the pot and put on the table, while Hyori was scooping rice into their bowls and the others were setting up the table. “Jaejoong, I think that you did too much food for us” Hyori said eyeing the two pots full of food and the plate with the grilled fish.

Don’t worry, we have Changmin” Jaejoong said sitting in the middle of Yunho and Yoochun, then they all started to eat, praising Jaejoong for his cooking skills, when Jaejoong pulled out the Sudden Death bottle and putting ten drops of it on his dokbokki, Yunho and Yoochun doing the same, then passing it to Changmin and Junsu, who also did the same.
Jaesuk, curious also put ten drops on his dokbokki and when he ate it “Aargh, how do you eat this?” on his eyes, tears his mouth hanging open and his hand making a fan motion “Oppa? What did you do?” Hyori said looking at Jaesuk with a you-are-weird expression, nobody noticed that the Dong Bang boys were putting spicy sauce on their dokbokkis’, just Jaesuk because he was sitting beside them, after gulping a big cup of water he began explaining “They were putting sauce on their dokbokkis’ and eating it normally, so I thought that it would be ok” Daesung that was sitting beside Jaesuk ate a little piece of Jaesuk’s dokbokki and “Aaaarghh” he let out a strangled sound and laid on the floor holding his neck.
“Daesung-ah, eat the kimchi before you die” Jaejoong said stuffing kimchi into Daesung’s mouth, the kimchi that Daesung gladly accepted. Everyone curious tried they were all on the floor making strange sounds, Yoochun and Changmin went to the kitchen to get water and Yunho, Junsu and Jaejoong were feeding them the not so spicy kimchi. After they calmed down and their faces returned to the normal color Hyori asked “How do you keep down that stuff, it’s so spicy”
“That’s because of Jaejoong’s cooking, eat it or starve and since we like spicy food we don’t mind” Yoochun said and when everyone heard someone mutter “Thank god that he used the human level of spiciness to cook” everyone started laughing.
They were all eating and laughing happily, little they knew what was going to happen next.

I know that I took reaaally long time to update, and I wrote this chapter while watching a scary episode of Bones, I promise that the next chapter will be more fun. And one more thing what do you guys prefer,
