A feather is small and it's light. However, a ton of feathers still weighs a ton.

Reason given to the doctor when she explained the letter sent to Mr. Abusive Patient, explaining that one more phone call to me of profanity, name-calling, drunken slurring, and general abuse would result in his dismissal and having to find another doctor:
