Kaiou Michiru/Sailor Neptune - She's artistic, musical, and graceful. I love how mature and ladylike she is. Also, I've loved water and the ocean as long as I can remember, so that was an immediate plus for me. =)
Tomoe Hotaru/Sailor Saturn - Undoubtedly one of the most interesting characters in the series. I love how she's so weak, and yet so unbelievably powerful. I also like that she's introverted and mysterious. And that she has the power to heal. And her character design. I could go on. ;)
Hino Rei/Sailor Mars (manga and live action only) - I'm not particularly fond of anime Rei, but I love the manga and live action versions of her. She's strong, independent, passionate, and spiritual... all qualities I admire. I also like her precognitive ability.
Additionally, my favorite supporting characters are Kakyuu-hime and Sailor Cosmos. My favorite villains are Sailor Aluminum Seiren and Sailor Mnemosyne.

Sailor Moon character and why: I can't think of one in particular. I guess if anything, I would say that I'm not overly fond of any of the "inner soldiers" in the anime. I much prefer their manga and live action counterparts.

I am generally a quiet individual - not very easy to get to know. I often come across as aloof, without really meaning to, but I do feel that I am quite friendly when conversation is initiated. Because I typically keep to myself, I don't have many friends, but the few that I do have, I treasure. I would say that the one thing nearly anyone would know about me is that I enjoy drawing. I carry a sketchbook with me quite often, should I have the opportunity to draw. I intend to pursue a career as a studio artist.
What else? I am a dreamer, and a romantic. I love fine art and music - classical, in particular. I don't like loud places or crowds. You're likely to find me in a cafe, bookstore, or at home in my spare time. For fun, I like to visit the local art museum, or see a ballet, or a theatrical production. I'm not one to go clubbing or attend rock/pop concerts. I find that I don't have that much in common with other people my age, which is a bit isolating, but I would rather enjoy the things that I enjoy than pretend to be someone I am not.

If you were going to be a Sailor Scout (meaning you have create a new Scout) who would you be, what would be your powers, your background, etc? I would be Sailor Nereid. My colors would be white, pale blue, and lilac. As the name implies, my powers would be related to the sea in some way. My fuku would be very princess-inspired, and perhaps a scepter as a weapon? My guardian would be a humpback whale or a dolphin, but it would not talk - communication would be telepathic. (I'm totally stealing that from Ocean Girl.) Okay, that's about as much as I want to think about this.
