Haha ok, that's cool. It's a music video called "Rubber Johnny" for a song of the same title by Aphex Twin. Chris Cunningham directed it. He's done work in alot of Bjork videos.

I think I'd have to consider him the David Lynch of music videos. The guy can seriously think of some twisted, disturbing shit.
