well idk if im going to keep updating this..since people like to say shit about what i put in here..whatever. if i keep it up idk but if you update ill still read it..this thing has alot of my life in it so im keeping it no matter what but whatever..this week has been good though : )

but it just hurts me to see you continuouslly doing this to yourself.
i just want you to see what everyone else sees.
you do not need to be doing these things.
they are just gonna hurt you in the long run.
especially smoking.and puking.
the cutting isnt to bad unless you break a vein er sumtin.
