Sometimes I stop by the Inn

But not often. And by reading a couple of posts discovered that sweet, beloved Louie ended her life. I'm devastated. But I guess that doesn't matter much in the long or short run. I know I am not missed there but I wish someone had told me anyway...I loved Louie in my way

Mommma, I'm so sorry. I was sure that someone else would have told you. In fact I even asked about it in a pm and was told that yes indeed you had been informed. Damn!!! I knew I should have just told you myself. I am sorry.

My apologies. If I had known you felt so close to Louie, I would have told you. There are people there who care about you. Why do you think we have you on our flist? And you're well into my trusted subsets, not simply the generic list.

You are welcome back at the Inn anytime you want. The folks are respecting your privacy and your wish to be separate for now. I'd like to point out that you still have an account at the Inn despite the fact that there's been two purgings of inactive accounts since you've been gone.

Thank you both for your kind words. It's sweet of you to say that I am welcome back, but I truly don't feel that way. When I left I took the chance that I would become an unperson but it was still shocking to hear about Louie's death.

Dag and Kitty, I'd like to think that I have become a trusted friend and will stay so more because of being on your flists than because of my history at the Inn.
