Are we truely judged by the company we keep? Are our friends a reflection of who we are as people?  If yes, what do you tihink your friends say about you? What do you think my friends say about me?

Side note- Today was just so not my day: forgot my lunch in the car, having computer issues, stressig about finals, etc. Uggh

I love that we've been thinking about the same type of things even though we're miles apart!

Hmm well I don't think you're those things- you'll always be my Melly (well sometimes "Oh Melly" ;)). I hope you do hook up with your nice friends because you deserve the best!

Hmmm... what do your friends say about you... that you are totally awesome in every way possible! (hehehe. which means I am totally awesome)

Sorry you had a rough day. If it makes you feel better gorilla (love child) is thinking about running away from home and going to live with you. Apparently I am no fun and too strict!! ;)

harumph...Kelly beat me to it. I was going to say that you must be awesome, because I'm awesome and we're roommates, blah blah blah...

I think the company you keep is a reflection of who you are. "Birds of a feather flock together". There's no way we'd keep hanging out with people who didn't have the same views and interests as us...we'd find them boring and too closed minded. I think our group of friends (from undergraduate and your law school friends) are the epitome of cool. We're sarcastic, find joy in little things (lazer tag, sharks, dinosaurs...), are comfortable with ourselves (enough so that we wear party hats at Smokey Bones), enjoy pop culture, and would do anything for each other. I don't ever sense any negativity when we hang as a group (minus a few chicas who seem to like drama). So, i guess what i'm trying to say, is that our group of friends just shows us that we're down to earth, caring, and fun people.

Even if Kelly did beat you too it I enjoyed it none the less ;) Also, I think your awesomeness rubs off on me (sounds so dirty so I had to write it).

I agree I've been thinking lately that friends are a reflection of who we are as people (I mean obviously not carbon copies but similiar non the less). I'm pretty much going to ditto the rest of what you said cause I could not say it better.

As an aside, you're already asleep but I have more law school drama tastic stories for you not even about the friend group the drama normally is about! (It's about an email that shouldn't have gotten sent to someone it did). Oh law school, high school called and it wants its drama back.

I'm a cuddle slut, so I guess if I keep cuddling with cool people, that will make me too :)

I hope your day has improved. Stress is no fun. Do you know what would cure your stress??? Making a visit to the lovely state of Texas... Hint, hint :-P

I can't wait to see you in July!
