upon further reflection

not only did I take one look in the mirror this week and decide I was going back to the gym, and being conscience of what I eat, but I took time out for just a reflection of who I am now. Wow I think you're being a little hard on yourself. There are some things that you've achieved by the age of 22 that you are really proud of I'll bet! Let's hear about those! You seem like a pretty cool person, it can't be all bad. Nobody completely likes themselves, but to say you're not happy with the person that came out sounds pretty full on =( .

I wrote a post about my own self-esteem recently. It's taken a few knockings over the years but I've found recently I've been in the best frame of mind ever. Please have a read and tell me what you think about the post! I'd love to hear your thoughts!

Also well done on getting your thoughts together on what you want to improve in your life. I think that's the best thing anyone can really do if they've been feeling pretty flat/down lately!

I couldn't agree more with this statement-
"I realize how much effort I put into getting and eating food"

You are completely right and I'm guilty of doing this ALL the time. I care so much about where I eat out and the food I buy. It probably consumes WAY too much time in my thought process. I guess after 4 yrs of getting fat and lazy it's time for a change. Damn college!
