I have trouble being 150 miles from the coast - not at all sure I could stand being the best part of a day's drive away. Then again, I grew up with a sea view from my window.

Still the indian ocean is fine at this time of year, but in the summer it's so humid. Not sure I could put up with that all the time. I guess the Cape might be more my thing, but I've never been that far South.

I think I've always been a coast person. Trouble is just that I grew up inland. :( But what I have noticed is that there is no other place that I am more at peace than the coast. I am in love with it. So I think this is reasonably good grounds for moving somewhere to the coast at some stage...

I can only imagine how awesome it must be to wake up and be able to see the sea from your window...*swoon* Really, that's effing awesome. I've been to Cape Town once, it's an awesome place but quite a drive to get there..18 hours or something like that.

But the sea is close to Edinburgh if I have it correctly. Right? Mayeb I should find myself a little house by the sea type of effort when I get there. :)

OH and I'm going to see sigur ros soon. Haven't heard much just been told I have to go cos thery are awesome. Very easily persauded, especially when it come to well reccomended giggigs!

One of my friends went over to Edinburgh and then the UK recently and she also saw them live...I would kill to do that. I also don't know too many of their songs, but the ones I do know are fucking awesome - definitely my type of music. You're going to have an amazing time - I really hope you enjoy it! :D
