I just had a very entertaining conversation with a very drunk Klasie - one of my mom's VERY old friend who also happens to be gay. He only phone's when he's drunk, and then he can never remember what he wanted to say. *grin* He's a sweetheart though, and it was cool speaking to him - I think the last time I saw him I was 12. 0_0

But then again, my first reaction to you calling me would probably be - nervous. I am still inherently shy to a degree, in any case. And SHE was able to understand... but you forget. I don't have to deal much with strange accents (strange to me at any rate) and I'll bet that yours is a great deal more bizarre than hers to mine ear.
