I've been shopping for houses this month. I've been in contact with realtors in Denver CO, West Palm Beach FL, Longmont CO, and Columbia SC. I'm also working to expand my company into the Gulf Coast region of Mississippi and Louisiana. Among other things, we do geotechnical site development and there is a booming business down there. My house is officially on the market! Yay. I may stay in South Carolina, but more than likely, I'll be moving to Colorado or Florida soon. If I stay in South Carolina, I'll move into the suburbs. I just got asked to do a third interview at a really good firm in Denver. That makes three interviews that I'll do in two days! PLUS, I have a real estate agent lined up to take me around and show me neighborhoods on Sunday!

hee hee hee. The firm in Miami, Florida is going to fly me down to interview after I finish my two interviews in Denver, Colorado. I wonder where else I can scam a quick trip to!

I got a call back from a potential employer in Denver yesterday. This is the guy who choked on his donut last month when I told him what I would cost him. Jake was sick on Friday night so we decided to cancel our trip to Myrtle Beach. He was WAY pissed off! I made it up to him though; we drove down to Folly Beach in Charleston on Sunday morning and spent a few hours there. It was pretty neat. It wasn't crowded at all.
