This time of year always reminds me of when I worked at a grocery store and we sold bulk nuts.  They were especially popular around the holidays.  One time a guy was buying some and I noticed that the bag they were in had torn.  I got to say, outloud with a straight face, "Sir, I believe you've torn your nut sack".
