can I just take a moment to make an emphatic recommendation for studio one pilates? They are so so so amazing. My body didn't change much as far as appearance (but I felt much better) but a lot of people find that tough areas such as belly and inner thighs and things like that melt away when you do pilates. If you can swing it, take a boot camp. It's f'in amazing. I think that Studio One is one of the things in Anchorage that I miss the most right now.
