So, here's the deal. Next semester, in Disney World with the Disney College Program, with Emily...and Matt. Sounds a bit much to ask, right? Well, right now, there is a pretty good chance that I am actually going to do this come the start of next semester. However, a few obstacles may TRY to hold me back (but ultimately will not, if I can help it):

One, I will most likely be put back a year at UConn, making my college career six years long instead of five. Yeah, not too happy about that, considering I had to become a music education major and stay here for five years to begin with. I'm supposed to audition for the NEAG School of Ed. a year from now, but I will probably have to wait until the following year to apply if I take a leave of absence next semester. That brings me to number two: UConn does not support the Disney College Program (for a stupid reason), thus UConn won't accept any credits from it while I'm down there.

Okay, so those are the main setbacks, however, I would not decide to take an entire semester off if I didn't think this whole experience would be worth it. What makes it even better is that the most amazing roommate (an awesome friend) a gal could ask for is going, too, not to mention my boyfriend wants to do the program (a second time around for him), as well. This has the potential to be the greatest semester EVER. I...still can't believe it may actually happen. Paperwork, scheduling interviews, filling out applications, etc. are all underway.

Now, I just need to have a kickass audition so I get a position in entertainment that will really give me a chance to learn and grow. I have a good feeling about this...I'm going to stick with my gut.

Anywho, it is late, and my roommate is playing Guitar Hero very loudly right next to me. The room is starting to spin...
