Well...every single picture on my camera memory disk thing just got deleted. I'm absolutely de-lighted. If anyone knows what the hell it means when a card needs to be "reformatted" and what I should do when that happens, please tell me. It wouldn't even let me load the pictures into my computer

I think you have to go searching through the menus for an option along the lines of "format memory card"....and do something there. Or it will tell you how to do that in your manual

Reformatting it just cleans everything off of it...

Plug it into your computer, go in my computer, right click on its driver, and click format.
