Koschei likes his sleep.  He really, really likes his sleep.

He has himself tangled awkwardly in the blankets, warmth surrounding him and face smushed into his pillow. However, this was not quite the pillow he was used to at all. He was used to hearing heartsbeats and breathing and having even more warmth to press against. However, when he shifts

Theta has spent the morning packing.

Of course he probably should have spent the night before packing so he wouldn't be running around trying to get everything done now but that would have been terribly dull. So now here he is, shoving the last of his essentials (which is a nice way of saying 'most of the things he can pick up and put into his bag').

Looking to Koschei when the other boy stirs, he only laughs. "You're only playing hard to get and we both know it."

He trots over and flops onto the bed next to the other boy, stretching out. "I'd ask if you'd slept well but I expect that all I'll get is one of those glares you give me when I've woken you up."

"Am not," Koschei protests, stretching his legs and arms out as far as they will go so that his feet peek out from the blankets and his arms rest behind his head.

Looking over to him, he's quick to shift about and snuggle up against him. "And you're right. You would."

Nuzzling the other's arms, he notices the bags packed and sighs, "Where are you going now?"

He's never fond of times where Theta leaves. He's never been partial to sleeping in the Academy alone.

He peers down at the other boy and just shakes his head. "So," he says, a she snuggles a bit closer himself. "How'd you sleep?"

Don't mind him, he's just in a funny mood today.

His eyes follow Koschei's until they rest on the bags. "Gotta go visit my mum, turns out she missed me. Who would've guessed."

Hie focuses on Koschei again. "We'll be gone for a bit though, so you'd probably best start packing. We're supposed to be going within the next couple of hours."

"Fine." Koschei says behind a yawn and another long stretch. He shifts so that his cheek is resting against the other boy's shoulder.

Snickering against the other, he rolls his eyes, "Why would she miss you?"

He's teasing, but really, he's quite envious of the other. He's heard about Theta's mother on a few occasions and she sounds... so different. But in a way that Koschei wanted to meet her very much.

As Theta drops the news, he grumbles and wraps his arms around the other's middle, "You couldn't tell me this last night so I could pack properly?" He mumbles behind a sigh, finding he was rather comfortable like this.
