The fact that a Canadian is flummoxed by this relatively mild level of bureaucracy, though, is proof that our neighbor to the North is a more or less BS-free zone. Luckily you have the queen on your side!

I do give them the credit that they are not bought by $$$ one way or the other. On the other hand, it doesn't make them a better government or business machinery. So think it this way: if the universal lubricant doesn't work on this machinery, what can?
