Ok, first of all, you're not ugly by a looooooooooooooooong shot, and I've never thought you were ugly! I'm not sure who has told you this aside from that one asshole, but they're wrong;) I feel the same way about myself, but when you look in the mirror and see your body contradicts what you picture yourself as, there is deeper trouble going on. I've yet to figure out the reason you feel ugly, but it has no grounds in reality

I understand what it's like to feel really bad about yourself... whether for an extended period of time, or just for a short while and the your brain is trying to tell you that all the bad things you think about yourself are not true. I'm glad that you took the time to write out a list of things you like about yourself because it's good to try to be positive about yourself. You can also try and pinpoint when you're having a bad thought and think a positive one instead like, "Damn, I have amazing boobs, so shut up negative thought." Or something.

I love all of those things about you too (though I must admit that I've never checked out your ankles). And I think you're more than "relatively" intelligent. I promise, after you get in the real world, you're going to be like, "Fuck, everyone is so stupid!" And then you'll know that you're actually more than relatively intelligent. But even outside of the real world, I think you're really intelligent and always have.

You should print out this list, and keep it with you, so you can look at it and smile when your brain is telling you to frown. It helped me get over some of my esteem issues.

Agreed! You have a lot of people that love you! They may be in different states, but you definitely have them!
