As for teeth whitening, I used the crest white strips and they made my teeth hellah sensitive for a while. like cold drinks hurt and hot drinks hurt and it was no bueno, though they did work... so I guess you pick your battles. If you use a sensitive toothpaste you might be ok... but yeah
