I use the Whitestrips, which don't seem to be making my teeth any more sensitive than they already are. Then again, I'm not sure if they're doing all that much either. I did do a Crest teeth whitening thing a while back that really helped but that was with trays and goop and stuff.
If you find acne-helpful stuff, let me know too. I have given up on Clearisil, Clean and Clear, Neutrogena and the stuff the dermatologist gave me. I'm using Cetaphil and benzoyl peroxide, but I can't tell if it's helping at all. Maybe when the new BC pills kick in...
