Poetry Fishbowl Report for February 5, 2013
This month's theme was "mature and old adults." A significant number of the poems had tragic or poignant tones, although others were lighter. I worked from 11:45 AM to 2:15 AM, so about 12 hours 30 minutes allowing for the usual breaks. It took a little while for the prompts to start, then they stayed at a steady trickle for a while. I wrote 18 poems on Tuesday plus another 3 later.
There were several form poems this time. Most poems had small combinations of prompts, a few singles or stacks. Size was spread across all categories, though leaning medium to long with a good number of epics.
Activity was okay, with 45 comments on LJ and another 5 on DW. There were no new prompters, though.
