Poetry Fishbowl Report for March 3, 2015

Apr 02, 2015 23:07

The theme this time was "surviving the worst."  I worked from 12:45 PM to 5 AM, so about 14 hours 15 minutes, allowing for breaks.  I wrote 9 poems on Tuesday and another 14 later.

Participation was a little lower this session, with 41 comments on LiveJournal and another 31 on Dreamwidth.  A total of 18 people sent prompts, all of them recurring prompters.

Buy some poetry!
If you plan to sponsor some poetry but haven't made up your mind yet, see the unsold poetry list for March 3, 2015.  That includes the title, length, price, and the original thumbnail description for the poems still available.

Most of the currently sponsored poems from the March 3 fishbowl have been posted, minus a couple waiting for prerequisites.  Prompters have their backchannel copies.  Per the $200 goal, "Sucked In" was the free epic.  Per the $250 goal, that's two tallies toward a bonus fishbowl.  Per the $300 goal, the half-price sale was in Frankenstein's Family.

The donor post has not yet been written.  This month's donors included janetmiles, DW user Librarygeek, Anthony & Shirley Barrette.  There were no new donors.

The Poetry Fishbowl project also has a permanent landing page.
