Ahhh, I just finished watching the Magic Kaito anime.  I enjoyed it.  Not that it concludes everything but it was satisfying enough with just enough of an open ending that is starting to restimulate my fanfic writing urge.  Especially since it seems to fall more in line with Detective Conan by literally showing a couple of their encounters but from ( Read more... )

Have had a headache for over 24 hours.  It was on one side of the head and migrated over to the other.  Nothing quite like waking up at 2 am in pain and nauseous.  I demonstrated enough sense today after mailing some stuff and getting milk to not drive anywhere else.  Having been drunk and having had more than one migraine/sinus headache in my life ( Read more... )

Recently, I reread The Eyre Affair by Jasper Fforde.  And I can't help but have a kind of grim laugh how Crimea plays a central roll in the story (for events that took place 10 years before the story starts) and how Crimea is newsworthy today.  Then we have BBC Sherlock which once again has John Watson returning from Afghanistan, just as he did in ( Read more... )

I see the format for LJ has changed.  I can't seem to go back and view earlier entries by people.  And I seem to be missing the recent stuff on my friends page...as in, I can go back.  Will have to investigate this.
