So, it has been a long time since I last attempted to post.  (didn't go so well)  Well, for those of you that haven't heard I got a new job.  It is in a lab at UofA and going very well.  I'm learing a lot and am very happy about it.  Also, yesterday I took my first run on a new attempt at starting to run again.  I really miss it and will keep it up
