I sent my resume and a cover letter to the
World Intellectual Property Organisation (WIPO) for a patent translation fellowship on 15 February. On Monday, I got emailed a link to take a translation test. I took the test on Wednesday.
Today at around 12:30pm, I got an email from a WIPO representative (who s here for the career fair tomorrow), asking me if I was available for an interview tomorrow (Friday) at 3pm. Alas, alack, I wasn't. I gave her alternate times, aka any time this afternoon, or any time after 4pm on Friday.
At 1:30pm, I check my email while on campus. And she suggested an interview time of 3:30pm. Today. I promptly ran home and showered/put on make up/got dressed/printed out my resume and then ran back to campus with 10 minutes to spare. I so hope I get the fellowship! It's in Geneva!!!
