So, I did go and see Rikku. It was great. ^.^
I think she's probably my best friend, now... I've never met someone I had so much in common with, or just felt so great when I'm being around with them. It's weird, whenever I get around her, or I know I'm gonna see her, it's like... I get all light inside, like my whole body gets happy at wondering what we're gonna get into next. It's weird. I told Cloud I'd do anything if he lead the way, because I believed in him, but it's like... it's like I believe in Rikku a different way.
It's not the way I believe in my other friends, who have always been The Adults, and it always seemed like there was this big chasm between me and them. They were my friends, but I wasn't... wasn't -close- to them. But Rikku's my age, and we're alike, and we're -really- friends. So that feels great! I'd do anything to help Rikku or make sure she was okay, because she means that much to me as a friend.
I've never had this feeling before, this friendship that's so strong and so amazing. It almost makes my head spin... but it's really cool!
Anyway, she got some materia offa Sephiroth when she mugged 'im, and one of 'em was an Underwater materia. Even though I'm gonna keep trainin' to play Blitzball the regular way, in case I need to, I snagged that one offa her. Should give me a real edge in Blitzball, not having to worry about holding my breath. I will be ENVEENSEEBULL!
... Ahem.
I really gotta learn this Al Bhed language... it sounds cool. Plus I could insult a huuuge portion of the population and they'd ne~ver know. XD
