And I am still your friend, but maybe not as close.
Interests also have a habbit of separating people over time. Me and Lindsey, for example...she got into horseback riding, and it became her life. I don't like it too much. I got into art and the things that surround it, and it became my life. She didn't like it too much. And we stopped talking. Haven't seen her in over a year. *shrug*
You...you like the romancy side of things, while I don't. I like Wolf's Rain and Invader Zim, neither of which are centric on romance...You like the romancy side of Yuugiou, you like Fruit's Basket, and Dnangla...interests CAN separate people in a way...
I'm not saying I hate you. You are still my good friend, Yoogie. :3 Just be happy that you've found new friends (Savvy, Jourdan, Shelly) who share your newer interests in ways that I don't. :3
So? What happened to make us not so close? I still like anime's that don't center around romance! I don't always focus on the lovey part of things, contrary to popular belief!
We have differing interests. That's what makes us drift apart a bit. That's what I'm trying to say. And me not knowing much about these new interests of yours also makes it harder to stay close...and thus, drifting. :/
Kari, you don't exactly make moves to contact any of us either.
At day camp: You could have come over to OUR tent and told us what was wrong too. The tent can fit four people. And pardon us for hanging out with some of our other friends too.
Kari, we know you can't help the way you act around situations like that, but try telling everyone that, and there MIGHT not be as many fights.
And for the umpteenth time, Wolfie and I did not ditch you guys for each other. We just get along really well and enjoy hanging out.
Oh and Kari, have YOU hung out with Savvy, just you and her this year? If you haven't, don't preach to me about it, please.
