Where: Duelist Kingdom, domino city When: a week after Seigfrieds demise Who: Seto, Seth, Pegasus, Otogi, others? Why: Because this is what happens when you throw rocks at peoples heads
Seth knew this had to be strange for the man. He had at least wandered around after death and knew all these appliances and such. Pegasus had forgotten them all.
He approached Pegasus quietly. It was Seto's body and he had to be slow and gentle. No rushing. No swift movements or anything that could lead to dizziness or harm to the children.
"...Hello, My Fire." He muttered, speaking in their native language as he wrapped his arms around him.
It was odd. His touch was the same, but again, it was not his to give. He turned to look at him, glancing down at the swell of his belly and back to his face.
"How is Umayme (little mother) this morning?"
He asked politely after Seths host with a warmer smile. He never could resist children and the promise of one growing there warmed him through and through.
"Seto is fine. He is sleeping and would prefer to be left alone right now. I hope you understand that he's just a little upset you don't remember him." Seth replied softly. "But I'm sure you will remember eventually. He's a little hard to forget." He laughed softly.
"If he is at all like you Beloved, I would very much like to know him better."
Pegasus smiled at his laughter. Seth was so much more relaxed than he had known him before. Of course, there was no court here, no one to impress. Even the servants were few in this isolated strong hold. Duelist Kingdom as it was called was their own private paradise.
"I wish I had memorized my language spells. It would be helpful to really talk with these people instead of intruding upon their minds for meaning all the time. There are so many things I cannot grasp, even when I see them clearly in their thoughts. Like "internet" and "Fax machine" and this thing called "Gameboy" young Mokuba wanted me to come and play."
"How does a child play while sitting still and not moving or speaking? It seems most unnatural. Are you sure the poor little lad is right in the head to be staring at a toy like that for so long?"
