okay so there this 'writing to ARASHi to congratulate them on their 10th year anniversary' . AND YES! im going to write to them! HAHHA.
but i dun know whether i should write in a formal tone or just a casual tone.

AND! i've been wanting to tell them this, so i'm thinking should i write

i did write someting like that when i send a bday card to NewS!!!
i think its okay tho... you shd add in other notes like rest well... so they get the idea u see..
