Lloyd Alexander has been one of my favorite authors since I picked up The Castle of Llyr in the sixth grade because I thought the cover looked cool (a giant cat pawing at a clearly outmatched swordsman). Never mind that it was the third book in the epic Prydain Chronicles, I was completely entraced and enamored with the story and the characters,
