Hi, I bought the Kuroko no Basuke Character Bible from you!

Shipping-wise, it took forever (3 weeks), but I assume that's because of the spring break laziness.

The packaging was very nice. The unopened CharaBible was in its packaging, plus a ziploc bag, plus cardboard surrounding it.

The item itself has no problems, as it was brand new.

Communication-wise, it was quick, I received an answer within 24 hours.

This was the first item I've purchased from a seller online, not like CDJapan, and I'm satisfied with the service you provided.

I had the pleasure of purchasing a Karneval promo book from Yujinchou :) I'm happy to say that all conversations with her were very pleasant, as she was always polite, courteous, and understanding. The replies were fairly fast as well. The item itself was carefully packaged and arrived quickly without any damage! One of the things that stood out for me was that she provided a tracking number which allowed me to see where exactly my package was at any moment and if it was processing, being sent out, etc.
Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely buy from her again! ( ^ω^ )
